Biography:
Dr. Mennenga grew up in Texas but calls Utah home. She enjoys all things nature, especially sitting by a fire, and doesn't mind a little adrenaline rush or friendly competition. She loves investing in the lives of other people and being a part of their growth.

Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University, 2015
Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, 2010
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Howard Payne University, 2008
Research Interests:
Dr. Mennenga's research interests revolve around couple processes in therapy and the role that emotion regulation plays in that process, including meditation practices. She is currently working on a project exploring the role of homework in couple satisfaction outcomes. She is also involved in the Practice Research Network.
