Anthony Hughes, LMFT

Dr. Anthony Hughes is a licensed marriage and family therapist and AAMFT approved supervisor in the state of Utah with a Ph.D. from Brigham Young University. In addition to owning and operating Covenant Sex Therapy, Dr. Hughes is an adjunct faculty teaching courses for graduate students at BYU and Argosy university focused on honing clinical skills and sex therapy. He has worked for many counseling centers in the Utah and Salt Lake county area, including LDS Family Services. He has presented at state and national conferences, taught sex therapy at BYU, supervised other therapists working with clients presenting with sexual issues, taught CEU courses, guest lectured at different universities, and worked with many clients struggling with sexual matters. Dr. Hughes is a member of both local (Utah Association for Marriage and Family Therapy; UAMFT) and national (American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy; AAMFT) professional associations. Dr. Hughes has received certification for participating in a Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) training in Boulder Colorado.
